Guy Campion, CET

Principle & President

Mr. Campion provides technical assistance to Ctgroup Environmental’s Clients and operational staff.  He is responsible for preparing and reviewing technical documents related to industrial hygiene and safety.  As the Safety Director he has over sight on a variety of industrial and commercial projects to include biological cleanups of Anthrax, Remediation of subsurface contaminants, hazardous materials responses, and UST/AST installations and removals.  He also is responsible for the daily proposal generation, client assistance and education, corporate safety management and training.  He has 15 years of experience conducting environmentally related projects in the field of industrial hygiene, and occupational safety and health training.  He has served over 25 years in the US Army and Army National Guard, with 23 years as a Chemical and Biological Warfare Specialist.

Hope Maxwell

Principle

Ms. Maxwell has ten years of experience involving due diligence and oversight related to environmental and geotechnical operations for industry, government organizations and commercial clients. She has worked intensively with Fannie and Freddie Mac lenders, which represent some of the most stringent requirements in the industry. Today, she is responsible for preparing and reviewing work protocols and schedules, establishing project milestones, and for on-time product delivery on time as well as the preparation of technical reports and other documents.

Paul A. Esposito

Principle

Since 1997, Mr. Esposito has been President of STAR Consultants, Inc. With over 35 years of technical experience, Mr. Esposito has led HSE consulting organizations for over 25 years. He has a Masters in Health and Safety from Johns Hopkins University, is Certified Industrial Hygienist and a Certified Safety Professional.
